Studying till late night, Woke up early in the morning, Revising Previous Year Exam papers, Group study with classmates are the exam time activities. 



Many times, Lack of concentration may affect students and cause them to underperform. It is essential to reduce the stress level during exam preparations by proper sleeping patterns, focusing on eating habits, maintaining mental and physical fitness. Here are some of the tips to follow during exam time.


Right Food:

Eating right is very important, especially during examinations. Better to avoid junk food and deep fried food items like Pizza, Burger, Chips and Pakora. Sluggishness may cause if you eat salty and spicy food items. Temporary stimulation may there if you eat chocolates, tea and coffee. But it is important to avoid these too.

Adequate Sleep:

At least 6-7 hours sleep is vital for students during examination. Studying full night is not a good idea because it will sluggish you during examination.

Exercise to Relax:

Students can add Meditation, Breathing Exercises and Relaxation Exercises as part of your daily routine during examinations.
